TEMPLATE:
Title of article in sentence case: Capitalize the first word of the subtitle. (Year, Month followed by date of publication). Title of Newspaper in Mixed Case and Italics, first page-last page.
EXAMPLE:
Man accused of swimming in shark tank returns to BC. (2019, June 7). The Vancouver Sun, A8.Notes:

Shortened version of title, in quotations, and year of publication placed in brackets at the end of a paraphrased sentence.
Consider this a paraphrased sentence ("Man accused of swimming", 2019) .

Sentence beginning with shortened version of title, in quotations, followed immediately by date in brackets; page or paragraph # in brackets at the end of the quote.
According to "Man accused of swimming" (2019) , "consider this a direct quote" (para. 2) .
Remember, in-text citation formatting changes depending on a number of factors.
